10 TIPS: Alexa Rank under 300K in 3 Months

As usual, tiap kali any bloggers update the latest Alexa rank of their blog, mesti ramai yg tanya- "How you manage to get it?" or "Camne dapat traffik tinggi dgn cepat?"

Bila baca my entry Alexa Rank: Under 300K!!, Tolanic asked me as above. Baru I noticed I managed to achieve the rank in less than 3 months!

Actually, tips tu dah wujud kat blog ni. tapi kali ni, i compress everything ek..So here are my updated tips-yang saya sendiri praktikkan:

1. BW-A-LOT at least 250 blogs.

BW tu apa? hehe,sah2 baru join blog. BW=Blogwalking. So, tiap hari, cuba gak BW semua yang ade kat shoutbox,my blog list dan commentors. Especially time 12am/pm.

2.COMMENT-A-LOT especially at popular blogs/blog with ComLuv.

Pegi baca Ruginya Tak Komen!. Rugi kalau tak komen pada blog yang ada ComLuv-like my blog =). JANGAN guna shoutbox untuk KOMEN entry. 1 sebab-rugi la takde backlink. 1 lagi, payah tuan punya blog nak reply your komen tu.

3. PING-A-LOT

Gengblogger, Innit, Blogged.My, Pingler, Pingoat, Ping-o-Matic, IMCurtain, dll kalau larat. hehe..

4. LINKWITHIN-A-LOT

My PageView increased a lot lepas letak LinkWithin. So kalau ada letak LinkWithin, optimize ikut ruang yang ada pada blog. My blog muat 4 je, tapi kalau muat 5, letak je 5.

5. FORUM-A-LOT

Usually I submit kat topik blog at LOWYAT and CARI forum. Submit accordingly, u will be considered spamming if not careful.

6. SHOUT-A-LOT

mungkin ada yang rasa tak perlu, but I personally tak baper suka blog yg takde shoutbox-unless dia blogger popular.hehe. sbb kdg2, latest post tak menarik utk dikomen--so,camne nak tinggal jejak?

7. RAJIN-A--LOT

Kena rajin BW, tinggalkan komen dekat entry (bukan dkt shoutbox), rajin baca tutorial dan rajin reply komen. 

8. POST-A-LOT

My traffik naik mendadak dari hujung bulan June, sbb I write almost everyday, with at least 2 posts per day. So,at least,mestila ada 1 post per day ye..

9. PIX-A-LOT

Untuk tarikan mata,kena ada at least 1 pic to start the entry-sbb I use fungsi Read More . Jugak untuk gambar tu keluar dekat LinkWithin, GB dan mana2 yang patut.

10. KEYWORDS-A-LOT!!!!!

The most important tips I think. Keywords yang bagus dan catchy amat penting untuk menaikkan blog. Tips #10 ni akan dibincangkan panjang lebar later ye..Sebab keywords ni saje,ada banyak tips..hehe

Blablablabber Analytic Performance: May

As you can see, I actively re-blogging since 9 May 2010, walaupun blog ni dah wujud bertahun-tahun. So, alhamdulillah and thanks to all of you-dalam sebulan almost 8000 unique visitors!!

Boleh baca tips Alexa dalam blog ni (just check archieve May). Mula2 berjuta2 lemon, then naik 2 juta, then 1 juta. Lepas tu turun ke 900K, 800K, and now 625,460! Rank dalam Malaysia pula dah bawah 2000 =). Lom layak lagi nak masuk list joegrimjow sbb dia mintak 400K..heheh

Pasal Google Pagerank ni mmg susah sket nak determine. Tapi ada baca yang dia akan update rank beberapa tahun sekali-nantila cari info lengkap. But mmg salah satunya dia akan update on June. So, dengan bestnya, PR yang selama ni N/A je, dah upgrade jadik 0. Ye,blom pun cecah 1 or 2, tapi dah naik gak kan?

SEOQUAKE: I KNOW YOUR BLOG'S PR & ALEXA RANK!

Now, when I'm blogwalking or surfing any webs, I'll know their Google Pagerank (PR) and Alexa rank. 


Here's how:

I knew this from remedy, but at that time I dont know why, my Mozilla can't use this add-on Plugins.
But recently, I installed Google Chrome, and yay!! Seoquake also available for Google Chrome!!


So you can just install it too. go to the website, and install according to your browser. There's a lot to learn about this toolbar and its parameter, but the most important element for me right now is to check Google Pagerank & Alexa rank.


However, this plug-in only available for Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
Siapa yang guna Internet Explorer, harap maaf. Nape masih guna Internet Explorer ek?

More tips I use:

7. SHOUTBOX: You must have 1. tak kisah la shoutbox or cbox or others. Coz some bloggers don't even have time to read your post (sob..sob), but just want to leave their links. But heck, the traffic still counts. 


8. RAJIN: Of course I kena rajin Blogwalking. Rajin baca blog. Rajin komen. Rajin reply.


9. BLOG POST: At least, have 1 per day. Coz sumtime I also a bit bored-visit that blog for few times, but still no new entry. But semalam gila ada 4 entries kot at this blog. 


10. EXCHANGE LINK: I haven't do this yet. But will add it by end of this week..Coz still thinking of the best way to do it.


hmmm, ade lagi ke ek..after this I'll continue with Bloggers Common Mistakes. Coz did u know you can lose traffic too?

So, if u've read My Alexa Ranking post, my ALEXA ranking was 1.386mill and MY ranking was 5682. Today, as shown by the figure above, it has shoot up. =)

6.FORUMS: Submit my dearest blog = CacaMarba Me= to forums. I just sent to lowyat and cari forum. Submit accordingla, jangan spam pulak.

7: KEYWORDS: Also known as SEO-Search Engine Optimization. The SEO part, I'm not well-versed yet. to put it in a laymen terms-get urself a popular keywords! See below, the most famous keywords for me is Adamaya, Pelakon Adamaya, Lisa Surihani, Pelakon Adam Maya, Sein & Lisa Surihani. Latest keyword is Anne Ngasri. Ho-ho, it seems, ppl/bloggers prefer gossip, artist and entertainment eh? 

Ekceli, I found the keyword accidentally. Coz I just blog bout JUMPA LISA SURIHANI DAN PELAKON ADAMAYA je..tak sangka pulak, Adamaya & Lisa Surihani ni power betul!!

Back in 2009, I also enjoyed a lot of visitors from US. 67.6% in one day!! the keywords? My simple entry: CHRIS BROWN BEAT RIHANNA

A bit kelakar ekceli, coz takkan la mat saleh in the US tak blog bout it kan? but my blog appears on the 1st page on Google Search.

Other popular keywords are usually the hot issue happening all around us. But the most popular that i never use (yet) is surely sex-related i.e janda gersang, gay dahaga, rogol, seks bawah tangga, 3gp lucah laa etc..The latest famous: seks ustazah dengan warden.

Here, I just want to share few ways I've used to increase my traffic in the past 1 month.

1. The old skool way: BLOGWALKING (BW). Manually visits other blogs, and leave comments in their posts or shoutbox. List of blogs? I took from Remedy RDS list and also from comments at my posts@ shoutbox. So,slalu2 la leave comments at my blog yaa!

2. COMMENT-A-LOT: especially at popular blogs. I received many visitors by submitting related url/comments at kenwooi, ariffshah.

3. PING my blog!! : Just submit my blog to INNIT, GENGBLOGGER, PETALINGSTREET and others everytime I've new entry. (See EXHIBIT A-showing petalingstreet is my main referral today)

4. LINKWITHIN. I noticed many users are reading my old posts, coz they appeared at the bottom of each post. (Thank you!!) LinkWithin is a blog widget that appears under each post, linking to related stories from your blog archive. Contoh:

MY ALEXA RANKING -UP AND UP!!

Disclaimer: Pls jangan termuntah or menyampah kalau2 rasa bosan@menyampah tgk kita posting pasal my not-so-high-ranking-blog ni...huhu

I just want to share how my Alexa ranking has been improving this week..

I don't know what is my ranking when I started re-blogging (huh?), but mesti berjuta2 lemon laa..coz some bloggers I checked pun,their ranking is 30millions laa, 20millions laa..

but after I started to actively blogging since last week,my Alexa ranking has improved greatly.Here is the summary:

Alexa: berjuta-juta lemon      MY beratus-ratus ribu
