Movie Review: Mama

I’m scared of ghost and horror movies/stories. I never watch horror movies at the cinema.
But I’ve watched it 2 times because I win #NNPremiereScreening from Nuffnang. Huhu. I decided to just challenge myself, since it was free. My 1st time: Sinister.

My 2nd time: Mama. Aside from being a free premiere screening, I personally want to watch it coz I love Guillermo Del Toro’s work. My movie review of Mama: Beautifully scary. The sound effect, the ghost, the storyline-I love it! Eventhough I sometimes watched it behind my cardigan or closing my eyes, haha.

Just like Pan’s Labyrinth, it feels kinda like a twisted fairytale. The kids in Mama are awesomely scaring me with their act. The ending-not really a happy one. I didn’t find it surprising since Del Toro seems to prefer that type of ending.

My verdict: 4 out of 5.

Oh ya, I watched this ghost movie, with a “hantu” namely Fareed Adaboy.

What are dance music and DJ critics, punters, fans and bloggers
saying about Grum. There were rumors flying that
the duo would be on the line up for the Coachella Festival, but fans were disappointed to learn their name was not on the list.
