Movie Review: The Watch-Nuffnang Premiere Screening

Yes. I won again exclusive invitation for Nuffnang Premiere Screening. This time for The Watch movie. On 28 August, 9.30 pm at 1 Utama. My 3rd win in a row. Hattrick!

Reached I Utama at 8.30, but the counter is still not open. So it's a long queue for Nuffnang and ChurpChurp counter. Easy la to find the counter-look for the ChurpChurp bunting.. hehe.  The only person i know is Henry of CleverMunkey. But I didnt even say hi to him.hehe. This time i watch the movie with my Backpackers Buddies-Syida.

About The Watch movie review. Hmm, this is definitely 18PL rating. About Evan (Ben Stiller) and his gang in Neighborhood Watch to find out his staff killer. Turns out aliens who plan to destroy the area/planet. Tacky movie i must say.

Lots of sexual contents, cursing and not pleasing to my ears. It was too overloaded. OD. I do laugh here and there, but the story is disappointing. Yang paling kelakar Jonah Hill and Richard Ayoade. Ben Stiller and Vince Vaughn not entertaining me at all.

My verdict? I'm not even interested to download this movie. I will not fork out my money to see this movie. Still thanks for #NNPremiereScreening!

I collected my free Katy Perry ticket at Red Box IOI Mall during lunch hour. Going there coz want to cashout my Google Adsense (next post).

How to redeem the free tickets? Have you read Free Tickets: Katy Perry Part of Me. ? Simple. Just print or flash the coupon to any Red Box, Red Box Ria or Green Box outlets to redeem 2 movie passes. Limited 10 per outlet. I was #7 at Red Box IOI Mall.

However you can only watch it when the movie is marked asterisk (*). Which means, after 2 weeks after its release date. Katy Perry Part of Me 3D movie release date in Malaysia is on 30 August 2012.

I won again invitation from Nuffnang for #NNPremiereScreening to watch Katy Perry Part of Me 3D movie at GSC 1 Utama. Some of my frens were like "WTH? Its not really a movie, right?"

Yup. This is not a fictional movie, but more like a documentary of her. I didnt watch Justin Bieber's Never Say Never movie, but I think Katy Perry's is better. No offends ya Beliebers. hehe.

Here is my Katy Perry Part of Me movie review:

 

• Colourful. Really feasting my eyes on all the colours, wardrobes, displays and Katy Perry's herself. Gorgeous! My fav is Peacock performance.
• Fantastic concert! Snippet from the concerts, shows that she is really an entertainer. And what a marvellous, grand setup for the concert. I really love the part she keeps on changing her wardrobe like a magic trick.  =)
• This movie shows how Katy Perry struggles for years, not at all an overnight success.
• I'm really glad to see that Katy Perry is just like a girl next door. She is not a phony or faking it.
• I thought she is just a puppet my record labels-to create the next Lady Gaga. Believe me-it's not!

Katy Perry was crying before her biggest concert in Brazil.

• I was holding back my tears, when the movie shows how it breaks her heart when her relationship with Russel Brand failed. Especially during the concert in Brazil.She really loves him. Russell Brand jahat!
• All her songs are great! Includes Extraterrestial E.T. (my fav), Fireworks, I Kissed a Girl (her breakthrough song) and others.

 

• I love seeing her fresh face. Especially the left image when she was 17. Rosy! She looks really different without the makeup. Kinda sad seeing her face is worn out due to hectic schedule and lots of makeups.
• Her parents loves her, even though they dont really agree with her choice.

• I cant stop thinking about how handsome Katy Perry's manager: Bradford Cobb. Mesti gay. Dush!

Katy Perry Part of Me released date in Malaysia is on 30 August 2012.

~MyviKU berHari Raya dulu~

Baru la lega hati nak berhari raya. Baru setel tukar rim dan tayar lama MyviKU.Before this beli tayar Teck Ming Sunway , this year try Pusat Servis Tayar Weng Heng kat Bukit Kemuning.

Rim Ozi Racing ni dah 4 tahun pakai. Hadiah paling mahal pernah diterima, daripada my cik abang dulu. Sentimental sebenarnya. Tapi rim pun dah bengkok2 hasil jalan teruk tiap kali balik umah family @Klang. Tayar pun dah botak. Brake pad pun dah habis.  

Dok cari kedai tayar yang ok area Puchong/Kota Kemuning. Last-last terjumpa kat forum Lowyat masa cari kedai rim.Pusat Servis Tayar Weng Heng kat Bukit Kemuning. Dekat la dengan rumah family. Tengok review kat forum ok, so decided nak buat sini. cuma tunggu duit dan masa je. hehehe.

Deal mula-mula thru Whatsapp je. Dengan harga trade in, rim+tayar boleh dapat around RM1K ++.

Rim memang dah berkenan tengok kat thread Sports Rim. RM550.

Harga sports rim 8x100/114.3 Rm550.
Harga tayar Yokohama A Drive 195/55/15 : RM205 x 4.
Harga trade-in rim+tayar lama = RM270.

Campur brake pad (RM90), Taiwan cone ( RM80) dengan apetah RM40.

Total berbelanja : RM1334 (termasuk 2% caj sbb aku guna prepaid card BIG. Gatai nak kumpul point, haha.).

 Rasanya dah ramai tonton iklan hari raya Bernas, dan sedih serta terpikat dengan Ahmad dan Fizi dalam iklan tu. Sekelip mata nama mereka menjadi sebutan. Ramai yang ingin tahu lebih tentang Ahmad dan Fizi.

Alamak. Sori la, aku dah lama stop dengar Hot FM. Tapi hari ni,memang aku rugi. Rupanya Ahmad, Fizi dan ibu bapa Ahmad dijemput ke konti Hot FM dengan Fara Fauzana dan Faizal Ismail.

What I read and know, Ahmad dan Fizi berkenalan semasa set penggambaran. Bukan real friend in real life sebelum iklan tu. Tapi sungguh serasi kan? Ingatkan diorang memang betul-betul berkawan lama dah.

Suami Syaleza Jaafar Eksekutif TV9 Didakwa Bunuh

Sedih dan mengucap aku bila baca pasal suami eksekutif pentadbiran stesen televisyen TV9 Nur Syaleza Jaffar, dihadapkan ke Mahkamah Majistret di sini hari ini, atas pertuduhan membunuh isterinya itu, 28 Julai lepas. 

Si suami Norazman Bashah Ahmad Azam Bashah, 31, bukan calang-calang. Eksekutif bahagian teknologi maklumat syarikat gas dan minyak tu.

Kesian kat anak mereka. Entah apa la yang hebat sangat bergaduh sampai boleh jerut isteri time nak berbuka. Innalillah dan Al-fatihah utk arwah Syaleza.

Iklan BERNAS | Hari RayaTV Commercial 2012 (The Journey)

Sedih tengok iklan hari raya Bernas ni. Macam biasa, semua orang tertunggu-tunggu iklan raya.


Kisah 2 kanak-kanak istimewa Fizi dan Ahmad yang bersahabat di rumah anak yatim. Pada malam raya, Fizi ajak Ahmad balik kampungnya di Segamat, Johor. Pergi ke stesen bas, sah-sah la tiket habis. Tiket keretapi tinggal satu. Sampai tumpang lori. Hanya untuk melawat kubur mak Ahmad.


Suka tengok Fizi positif je dengan senyum manis dia. Sopan tapi bijak berfikir.


But personally, aku agak kurang gemar if semua iklan hari raya, semua mesti yang syahdu je.
Kita tengok plak iklan raya 2012 yang lain pulak nanti.

Buka Puasa #ChurpOut di Songket Restaurant

Bestnya attend majlis Berbuka Puasa #ChurpOut pada 5 Ogos 2012. Bertempat di Restoran Songket yang tersorok di jalan Yap Kwan Seng. Camne aku dapat invitation? Sila baca Saya MenangInvitation Buka Puasa #ChurpOut. 

Untuk julung kalinya, aku iklankan kat FB untuk tanya sape sudi jadi my guest merangkap driver. Sebab saya amat fail nak drive masuk KL. Haha. Mekasih Incik Adree daripada geng Backpackers Malaysia sebab sudi jadi wonderful guest.

Majlis bermula 6pm. Adree pick me from Cheras LRT station, dan kami sampai dalam 6.30pm. Trus berposing depan Restoran Songket sebelum mendaftar. 

This is my personal favourite pictures taken my Incik Adree. Tak sia-sia bawak kawan yang ade kamera DSLR. Hoho!

Bila masuk, ada sesi ambil gambar pulak depan backdrop Buka Puasa #ChurpOut. Guna polaroid and DSLR. Sayang gambo polaroid tu gelap.

Kenalan baru yang duduk depan kami: Khir Khairi dan awek manisnya Hazirah. banyak gak kami semabg pasal travel dengap depa and budak-budak yang dok sebelah: Helmi and the gang.
