perghhh!! i dont know whether the thief was terribly afraid or felt funny when he knew he'd stolen a police chief's car. For those who are not aware, the above note was found in a stolen Proton Perdana V6 that belongs to Ketua Polis Selangor, Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar:
